Discover the Healing Power of Plants on Our Intimate in-person Herb Course in Cornwall

As the days grow shorter and the world begins to slow down, it’s the perfect time to turn inward and focus on self-care. Our Autumn Herb Course offers you the opportunity to connect with the natural world and unlock the healing potential of plants with self-care as our underlying theme. We’ll be studying herbs to help support our nervous systems, so you can be more resilient to stress. You’ll learn all about herbs that can help you get an excellent nights sleep. And we’ll be studying the root causes of urinary tract infections and bladder issues.

Over 3 sessions, 1 each month, you’ll:

• Learn about the therapeutic properties of nine new herbs
• Discover how to incorporate these herbs into your daily routine
• Gain practical skills in preparing herbal remedies
• Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive community

Our small group setting ensures personalized attention and a deep connection with the herbs we are studying.  You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from Belle, your seasoned herbalist with 9 years of experience.

DATES: Wednesday nights 7-9pm on Sept 11th, Oct 16th and Nov 13th at Ponsanooth Village Hall.
