We shall be using all our senses to explore herbal medicine, this is a lively interactive workshop with plenty to taste, touch and smell. You will get an understanding of the basic principals of using herbs medicinally along with a comprehensive understanding of how to build your own herbal first aid kit.

We’ll have plenty of time to meet plants and talk about practical first aid solutions for you and your family.  You will get to make some medicine to take home and start your own herbal first aid kit.

Belle Benfield has studied and practiced herbalism for over a decade. Her experience in using herbs for first aid spans the summer festival scene, new babies and mamas and anti-biotic resistant infections. She sees patients from her home in Cornwall and looks forward to sharing her knowledge in a fun, interactive setting.
