A & B  Annie Lovejoy and myself are creating a song based on the idea of a womens’ sea shanty rooted in Portland.  Its an amazing place with strong quarrying and fishing roots.  We just spent a week following our noses, gathering stories and having conversations with Portlanders and those who have made the island…
