There's a field between a church and a river with There's a field between a church and a river with a big Old Oak tree in it. It's been leased to the Falmouth Food Coop to create Loveland, Penryn's community growing project. There's a market garden, an amphitheatre, a greenhouse a shed, produce growing... And now this weekend, we're laying the foundations for a beautiful medicine garden. The work will involve clearing dock plants from the existing land and laying out the template for the garden. We're using the no-dig method, so next we will layer up cardboard and compost with woodchip for the paths. We need you and/or your wheelbarrow and digging tools. We will provide food and fire, can you lend us your hands and wheelbarrows? 10am this Saturday and Sunday, Jan 15 & 16th.
